Make Sure Your Roof Can Withstand the Winter Season
Preventative Maintenance is an important annual check-up your roof needs in order to make sure the roof will not have issues during the snowy, icey season, as winter is about to begin.
You do not want to have a leaky roof in the middle of winter, when you are getting ready for the holidays, or away on a family vacation.
This consists of:
1) A Proper Cleaning of Debris off Your Roof, including gutters, and checking drains.
2) A Proper Diagnostic of Current Roof Condition.
3) If your roof needs work, you do not want to find out when you are backed up into a corner, and must have an emergency repair done.*
*All additional work cost is not included in this initial preventative maintenance visit. Building owner is not legally bound to have recommended work done, and Dynamik Renovation is not legally bound to conduct any work until a contract is agreed upon.
*Only applies to small residential, owner occupied buildings. (2,000 SF or less in size)
